Gluten-free fusilli pasta made from millet flour with a pleasant parsley-garlic flavour.
Grinding millet extremely finely, we achieve a delightful consistency and taste similar to traditional pasta. The physiological effects of millet are wonderful. It is easily digestible yet has a high nutritional value. The pleasant yellow colour of Viva La Gaia pasta is achieved by the addition of a touch of turmeric, which keeps its consistency even after cooking. Added psyllium husk is an ideal source of fibre. Parsley gives the pasta a slight green colour with a touch of herbaceous flavour, and garlic rounds out the taste with a soft sharpness.
