Gluten-free, millet-based dry pasta flavoured with black pepper. Our millet pasta is an excellent substitute for traditional dry pasta, as it has a similar taste and texture to wheat flour pasta. It can be eaten in gluten-free, egg-free, and vegan diets, and its high fibre content means it can also be included in the diets of people with insulin resistance and diabetes. The added ground black paper gives the pasta some sharpness and a slight spiciness.
